Les fondateurs ou les responsables financiers s&rsquo;occupent de la paie, un responsable administratif g\u00e8re les avantages sociaux et les politiques sont copi\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le trouv\u00e9 en ligne. Cela fonctionne&#8230; pendant un certain temps.<\/p>\n<p>Mais lorsque l&rsquo;effectif d\u00e9passe 25 personnes, les exigences en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines deviennent complexes : conformit\u00e9 entre les \u00c9tats, gestion des performances, recrutement, avantages sociaux et relations avec les employ\u00e9s. Les dirigeants sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision cruciale : faut-il mettre en place un service RH en interne ou acheter des services RH g\u00e9r\u00e9s ?<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas seulement d&rsquo;un choix budg\u00e9taire. Il s&rsquo;agit aussi de risque, d&rsquo;\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 et du co\u00fbt d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 du temps consacr\u00e9 par les dirigeants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_815c1c57\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Les co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s des ressources humaines internes<\/h2>\n<p>Embaucher un g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste en ressources humaines semble \u00eatre la solution \u00e9vidente. Le salaire moyen d&rsquo;un g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste en ressources humaines aux \u00c9tats-Unis est d&rsquo;environ 67 000 dollars par an (PayScale). Si l&rsquo;on ajoute les avantages sociaux, les charges sociales, la formation et les logiciels, le co\u00fbt r\u00e9el se rapproche davantage de 85 000 \u00e0 90 000 dollars par an.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le co\u00fbt n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un facteur parmi d&rsquo;autres. Une \u00e9tude de la Harvard Business Review souligne que les petites entreprises ont souvent du mal \u00e0 aligner leur expertise RH sur leur strat\u00e9gie. Une fois que les organisations d\u00e9passent les 500 \u00e0 1 000 employ\u00e9s, beaucoup tirent profit d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le hybride : une petite \u00e9quipe RH interne pour l&rsquo;alignement de la culture et du leadership, soutenue par des services g\u00e9r\u00e9s pour la conformit\u00e9, la technologie et les t\u00e2ches administratives \u00e0 volume \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette approche \u00ab le meilleur des deux mondes \u00bb \u00e9quilibre strat\u00e9gie et \u00e9volutivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Points cl\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>RH en interne = co\u00fbts fixes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et comp\u00e9tences limit\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>RH externalis\u00e9es = expertise plus large, risque moindre et \u00e9conomies importantes.<\/li>\n<li>Les PME (25 \u00e0 500 employ\u00e9s) tirent le meilleur parti de l&rsquo;externalisation des fonctions RH essentielles.<\/li>\n<li>Les mod\u00e8les hybrides fonctionnent mieux pour les grandes organisations ayant des besoins strat\u00e9giques en mati\u00e8re de RH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La question n&rsquo;est pas de savoir s&rsquo;il faut \u00ab avoir des RH \u00bb : toute entreprise en croissance en a besoin.
