As part of our continued global growth, Humanli is seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Talent Solutions Consultant to join our People & Culture team.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys partnering with international teams across India, the U.S., and Canada. You will serve as a key Talent Acquisition partner, leading initiatives that strengthen talent strategy, enhance employee experience, and ensure operational excellence across borders.
You’ll play a key role in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent delivery, while designing scalable HR processes, advising leaders, and driving programs that align people strategy with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and create effective hiring strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in hiring and selection.
- Support workforce planning and internal mobility initiatives across global teams.
Talent & Workforce Strategy
- Align talent solutions with business objectives to support growth and organizational development.
- Identify skills gaps and collaborate on initiatives for talent development and retention.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic HR programs across regions.
HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Serve as a strategic HR partner for employees and managers across regions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Lead initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and a strong, values-based culture.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Transitions
- Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences that promote connection and productivity.
- Manage offboarding processes ensuring compliance, exit interviews, and knowledge transfer.
- Support internal career transitions and talent redeployment across teams or portfolio companies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and Talent teams globally to align HR programs and processes.
- Provide consultative support to HR colleagues and business leaders across functions and regions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in HR or Talent Management, ideally in multinational or fast-growing environments.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, hiring manager partnership, and end-to-end talent delivery.
- Deep understanding of global HR operations, employment law (India, U.S., Canada), payroll, and compliance.
- Strong experience in employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and strong analytical/reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in managing confidential matters.
