You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing outreach campaigns, and nurturing prospects to build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is an expert at cold calling, prospecting, and creating opportunities that contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Identify and qualify potential leads using various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects, engage decision-makers, and present solutions effectively.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads aligned with business goals.
- Research and analyze target accounts to develop a personalized approach to outreach.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified prospects.
- Monitor progress against targets and provide regular reports on lead generation activities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and pain points to position company solutions effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until they are ready for the sales team.
Market Research & Strategy
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to generate leads.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts.
- Support campaigns, promotions, and events to maximize lead acquisition.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation processes.
